Step 1
After printing the document, carefully cut out the red outlines with a pair of scissors or a cutter. Don't overtighten the cut-out to maintain precision.

Step 2
Next, cut the notch along the red line, without crossing the entire width of the bracelet to avoid errors when measuring (see image).

Step 3
Check the accuracy of the printing by using a tape measure or ruler to measure the length.

Step 4
The size instructions and Bracelet-de-montre.com logo are on the outside of the bracelet. Be sure to read them carefully.

Step 5
Insert the measuring tab into the notch and adjust the length until the strap fits comfortably around your wrist without being too tight or too loose.

Step 6
Observe where the line on the tab ends. The value obtained is the circumference of your wrist in centimetres. In this illustration, the measurement is 15.50 cm.

How to measure your wrist easily: To measure your wrist easily, simply use a flexible tape or a tape measure. Wrap it loosely around your wrist at the widest point to get an accurate measurement. If you don't have a tape measure to hand, a piece of string or a strip of paper will do the trick: wrap one of them around your wrist, mark the length, then measure it with a ruler. This simple method will help you to know your wrist circumference, which is essential for choosing the right size of bracelet or watch, as well as for determining the dimensions of certain accessories such as pandora rings or bracelets.
How to measure your wrist: To get an accurate measurement of your wrist, make sure you don't over-tighten the tape measure or ribbon you're using. The measurement should be just right, neither too loose nor too tight. Place the tape measure horizontally around your wrist, just below the bone, and read off the size. Check that the tape measure is parallel to the ground and fits snugly to avoid false results. Knowing the exact circumference of your wrist is essential to finding a perfectly fitting piece of jewelry, whether it's a bracelet, a bezel or a watch for men or women. Remember to always check the dimensions in the size guides to avoid mistakes when ordering.
